When I was about 17 someone taught me how to play Whist, an old English trick-taking card game. As each card slid across the table, I felt the thrill of anticipation… is it a Trump card? A face card? I was in love… the exiting anticipation of getting a hand full of Trump cards kept me on the edge of my seat. And then there was the exasperation when your Ace of Hearts was trumped by a little Two of Clubs. Yes, the Trump card is king.

In my discovery years of Better Business, I found a lot of Trump cards. Every failure taught me another part of The Better Business Formula… another question to ask… all dealing me another Trump card.

What formula?
